Both Top Post and Most Active pull entry data from ‘WordPress.com stat’ plugin therefore you must have it on your WordPress. After that, you can see your top post and/or most active entries at your sidebar with this widget.

If you like this widget, writing small entry on your blog and trackbacking to this entry makes me really really happy!

What’s the difference between a “top post” and a “most active entry”?

  2. V.J.Catkick

Both ‘Top Post’ and ‘Most Active’ count number of views but ‘Top Post’ counts entire number of views (no limitation) and ‘Most Active’ counts number of views at only recent days… maybe.

Anyway, it should be the same data at WordPress stats on your dashboard.

I saw your blog and it is exactly the same list on your sidebar, that means not many people referred older entries of your blog, the reader of your blog always checks your new entries.
